In collaboration with Descartes, we spearheaded a transformative project focusing on Interaction Design, Brand Identity, and User Experience (UX) enhancements for their digital platforms. This endeavor aimed to revamp the user journey within the Descartes app, including onboarding, cockpit experience, and offboarding, as well as a complete overhaul of their website. The project unfolded across several key phases and involved rigorous user testing to ensure an optimal outcome.

The project began with an in-depth analysis of the existing app's functionality, interface, and user flow. Leveraging insights from user feedback and industry best practices, I led the redesign process. This encompassed a reimagining of the onboarding process to ensure seamless user adoption, a refined cockpit experience for smoother navigation and enhanced usability, and an improved offboarding interface to leave users with a positive last impression.

Simultaneously, the Descartes website underwent a comprehensive makeover. Emphasizing brand consistency and intuitive navigation, I worked on refining the website's layout, content organization, and visual elements. This involved aligning the website's design language with the revamped app interface to create a cohesive and unified user experience across platforms.

Throughout the project, three rounds of user tests were conducted at strategic milestones. These tests were instrumental in gathering valuable insights into user behaviors, preferences, pain points, and expectations. This user-centric approach allowed us to iteratively refine the designs, ensuring that every decision made was anchored in addressing user needs and enhancing overall satisfaction.

The culmination of this project resulted in a revamped Descartes digital ecosystem that offered a more intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly experience. The redesigned app facilitated smoother user onboarding, streamlined navigation within the cockpit, and a more engaging offboarding process. Concurrently, the refreshed website reflected the brand's identity cohesively while delivering a more accessible and engaging interface for visitors.
